1. Introduction

Welcome to GoGo Amigos Moving. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with our moving services.

2. Booking & Payment

• A deposit may be required to secure your moving date.
• Full payment must be made upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Additional charges may apply for extra services, including packing, unpacking, or storage.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate details about the items being moved, including weight, dimensions, and special handling requirements.
• Customers must ensure that all items are packed securely if self-packing.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring accessibility to the pickup and delivery locations.
• GoGo Amigos Moving is not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information or lack of access.

4. Liability & Damages

• While we take every precaution to handle your belongings with care, GoGo Amigos Moving is not responsible for damage to items not properly packed by our team.
• Our liability is limited to a predetermined amount per pound of damaged or lost goods unless additional insurance is purchased.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by unforeseeable circumstances, including natural disasters, accidents, or road closures.

5. Prohibited Items

• We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable goods, live animals, or firearms.
• Customers must disclose any fragile, valuable, or oversized items requiring special handling.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

• While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers will be informed of any significant delays, and we will make reasonable efforts to mitigate any inconvenience.

7. Insurance & Claims

• Basic moving coverage is included in our services, but customers may purchase additional insurance for high-value items.
• Any claims for damaged or lost items must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the move.
• GoGo Amigos Moving reserves the right to inspect and assess any damage claims before compensation is provided.

8. Storage Services (If applicable)

• Storage services are available for an additional fee and are subject to separate terms.
• GoGo Amigos Moving is not liable for damages due to improper storage conditions beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoGo Amigos Moving operates.

10. Amendments

GoGo Amigos Moving reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
